Mark Schweller
A Real Esate Broker and REO specialist with over twelve years of experience in the legal and Real Estate sales and marketing fields. Mark is a graduate of the prestigious Saint Mary's College of California and has built a reputation in the local community as a fair and honest businessman. Schweller Properties operates under the premise that our worth is only as great as the value we are able to add to our clientele. When the California real estate industry shifted in 2006, Mark joined the REO department of PMI Mortgage Insurance Company in Walnut Creek. It was this experience that laid the foundation for the tremendous growth of Mark's California real esate practice. In the past few years, Schweller Properties closed over 120 transactions worth almost $50 million is sales volume. This success was a direct by product of Mark's vision and ability to build a team of professionals that believe in hard work and giving back to the community that they serve.

Marina Plute (Buyer's Specialist): Marina has been a Realtor and New Home Consultant for almost 10 years in the Bay Area and East Contra Costa County. She received her education at CSU East Bay with a focus in Sales and Marketing Management. Marina listens carefully assessing her clients needs, while providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire home buying process. Whether you're an experienced or a first time buyer, Marina can help you reach your long or short-term goals.
Kay Tarango (Buyer's Specialist): Kay is an experienced Realtor with over 30 years of experience in the greater Bay Area and has participated in the closing of thousands of transactions. She has been a Notary Public since the 1970's and has an experience in land development, new home construction, sales and residential re-sale and escrow. Kay has an extensive network of Real Estate contacts and resources and has been a Buyer's Agent for the last five years. She's very familiar with Short Sales, Distressed Properties and Bank Foreclosures.
Jill Proctor (Buyer's Specialist): Jill has worked in the Real Estate industry for nearly a decade. Jill has previously worked with several Top Producing Teams in different roles from, Seller and Buyer Specialist, Negotiator and a Transaction Coordinator, and REO management. Jill brings her vast knowledge and experience plus her strong customer service skills to our Team. With Jill's "we can work it out" attitude, overcoming any obstacle in an escrow is a sure thing. Naomi Longoria (Buyer’s Specialist): Naomi has been in the Customer Service Industry for approximately 20 years. She received her education from California State University Northridge, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications. Naomi is bilingual (hablo español) and is passionate about being able to provide services to those in our Community. She brings to our Team her strong work ethic and excellent client service skills. Stacie Tarango (Transaction Coordinator): Stacie has over fifteen years of Real Estate experience. She began her Real Estate career as a Transaction Coordinator and served as a Negotiator and Transaction Coordinator with Schweller Properties during the past several years. Stacie has recently staffed her own short sale negotiating division and brings her knowledge and experience as an excellent resource to our clients regarding the various options that are currently available to those who own property in distress. Stacie resides in Brentwood with her family and she has been recognized by Keller Williams for her outstanding commitment to develop and support the growth of our local market center.
Katrina Walters (Marketing Specialist): Katrina has worked in the Real Estate industry for the past six years on two Top Producing Teams and has a vast knowledge of the Real Estate process. She has previously worked as a Transaction Coordinator and is currently our Marketing and Property Preservation Specialist as well as support for all Administrative Functions. Before joining us, Katrina worked for Contra Costa County as an Executive Secretary where she honed her administrative skills and attention to detail that has benefited the level of client services we provide. Katrina and her family have lived in the Brentwood area for the past 16 years and are familiar with all our market has to offer.
